Random electrical failures - power windows, door, side step

Hey guys, I have a 99 Chamonix and recently overnight some random electrical items stopped working. My power windows, power door locks, electronic side step and the light for open door stays on. The weird thing is it just happened overnight, but I was driving in quite a lot of snow and salt on the road, perhaps its due to corrosion.
The door locks was an easy fix, blew that fuse. But I can't find any other blown fuses or issues anywhere else and I'm stumped. I've also tried to disconnect the battery and the relay under the driver seat.
Wondering if anyone has any ideas on where to look next?

I had this funny thing in my 99 chaminox where the drivers power window would not follow what the button was told. Click to go up and it goes all the way down. Not fun in -45 temperatures. Eventually it decides to work. Following your issues.....

The window not doing what you want is a different issue. I had that too... basically there's a mechanism in the window where it detects resistance and goes back down (so the window doesn't accidentally cut someones limb off). Basically when it gets old, and when it's cold, there's resistance. So you kinda just need to pull it up as you press the button.
Mine's a different issue where both the windows do nothing. Basically no power going to the windows at all... still been tinkering but nothing so far...

So I found the issue, turns out there was a short circuit under the passenger seat that fried a bunch of wires. Luckily they're color coded so I could reconnect them and most things seem to work...
Although there are still 2 issues outstanding.
1) The power door locks only lock but do not unlock. When I press the main switch to unlock, I hear a soft click but there is no motor noise and the unlocking doesn't happen. If I press lock, everything works as expected, I hear the motors engage.
2) The power side step does not work, nor does it open door light go on if the side door is open.
I checked and double checked the fuses and made sure the wire connections are working, anything else anyone recommends?

I had a similar problem and I solved it by cleaning the electrical contacts in the sliding door part that meets the car when it closes.

it is very likely a corrosion problem at a connection. Delis are plagued by these. After 12+ years of delis I say "wait till spring and the problem will go away." That's especially true on the "wet coast."
