how to remove (non-sliding) side windows

is this as easy as it looks? I got an insane price quote for tinting my rear windows so I was thinking to remove them, re-emulsify the rubber gaskets while they were out, and take them to the window tinter in-hand.
have you done it before? how did they come out? just those screws that are covered with the small black plastic pieces?
this is for the second and third set back, not the front windows.

It's that easy. The black plastic pieces were originally rubber, but they go hard with age. You'll need someone outside to catch the glass.

The window on the sliding door (the one that doesn't open) is sealed to its frame with black foam- it should come off easily enough, but will probably tear the foam when it does so. When refitting the window you'll need to fit new foam or use some kind of non-hardening window sealant ("mastic").
