Re-Sealing Body Seam - Looking for Body Screws

I attempted the under the headlight resealing mission. Ruined about 3 screw heads until I realized my rig will require me to drill and replace the body screws holding the front panels together. I was wondering if anyone has replaced these screws and what they used.
I am limited to my mobility right now (IP is getting rebuilt) and haven't been able to get into the hardware store to look.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Mine were rusted solid as well. Even got the Japanese JIS screwdrivers thinking it may help but the screws wouldn't budge even after a quart of B'laster applied over a few days. Completely stripped the head of the one under the rubber. At that point I gave up. Will drill them out and replace with new, larger ones. It's pretty much just a sheet metal screw. Haven't had rain since I bought the van so I can't tell if I have a leak there. Previous owner actually sealed the seam on the outside between quarter panel and body with black silicone. It looks shit, I hope to get that cleaned up soon, before the Oregon winter sets in (i.e. six months of rain).
