How difficult to remove front clip? (carbon fiber looking piece between headlights)

I have access to a free replacement piece in better condition than mine, is it difficult to remove?

It's held in with plastic clips, almost the same type as on the door linings. They're sealed ("sealed"?) with foam rings, but the foam breaks down over time. You'll need to apply some kind of non-hardening sealant to the new panel's clips.
Simply remove the headlamps and use a long spudger/lever to gently lift the panel away from the steel behind.
