i was approached by a delicafan today...

so I was strolling up to my van today when I was approached by another delicafan. :)
this is a infrequent occurrence, but appreciated.
we talked for almost an hour, then he bluntly offered me $10k for it!
I was stunned! he gave me his # and asked if he would be considered first if I decided to sell it.
I was stunned even more when I actually considered it...
I've owned the van for 6 years, and have done a lot of work to it. it runs awesome now, even better after some recent brake work.
I've been thinking of it all day, but the problem is, is what should I go on to after I sold it?
its' very hard to beat perfection...
