Snorkels?

Has anyone heard anything from anyone who has ordered a snorkel that looks like the one in the link below? I'm considering it...

It looks good, but it also looks like it would lack the Ram-Air effect that gives your engine more oomph.

I have one like that I would be willing to sell.
It is made if fiberglass and us primered , never installed it.Pretty Cool looking.
