				Turbo timer sound disabling

The turbo timer my L 300 makes the dumbest sound when I start it up and shut down. Getting really tired of it and I want to disable the sound function on the turbo timer. Is it just as simple as clicking the wire that goes to the speaker? Or do I need to do something else like cutting one of the main wires that goes to the CPU? (Which I highly doubt is the case, but I thought I would ask anyways)

				Here's how I fixed it:
1: track all wires from the turbo timer to the opposite connection.
2: unplug and disconnect all wires.
3: remove turbo timer along with all wiring.
4: deposit entire assembly in garbage.
5: let vehicle idle for a minute before shutting off IF immediately after heated driving session.

Just cut one of the wires to the speaker. It won't do any harm to the function of the turbo timer.
After a long hot run it can take my EGTs a minute or two to cool to a nice safe 500F, and sitting there with the engine idling makes you look a little douchey. I mean, turbo timers are a little douchey as well, but by the time anyone notices you've walked far away.
