Hello Delica world,

First of all, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all.
Been a long time since I've posted let alone visit the site.
This happened month and a half ago. Didn't get around to posting.

I have been getting "loose change" sound coming from my engine for a couple weeks then.
Progressively got louder. Gave Butch a quick call. Decided to take it in that morning.
Started the van and POW! (Batman style) engine stopped and rad fluid down the curb within seconds. I thought it was rad hose.
Towed to CVI. The tow was more exciting then taking transit home.
No-name brand water pump Japanoid put in when I bought the van.
I was lucky. Water pump cracked at home. Could have been worse.

I used to have fluctuating temp gauge.
Replaced everything relating to coolant system.
Improved, but never dropped below 1/2 mark. Always 1/2 to 2/3.

Good news!
Temp gauge has not climbed above 1/4 mark since replacement of water pump.
Woot! Woot!

Thanks Butch/Edwin for getting me up and running ASAP!!!

Hey Falco, it's a going! Thx!

Edwin and Butch did not recognize it.
So to me, that makes it a no name brand.
