OKAY!

Short and sweet! Been a long time posting. In this time much has happened with my deli, but more has to happen soon.

This weekend was wash board intensive. The short wheel base makes for uneasy touring over long distances of logging road. The rear shocks are (shamefully) the original. Does anyone have any tips or tweaks to lessen the shuttering stress? Open to all input.

Had my lovely friend for 5 years now.
L300. Exceed. Crystal roof.
Petrol.
Fully Rhino lined.
Folding 2 person bed. Space for storage(totes) and will slide in over the captains chairs if left in.
Nav System.
Black on Black.
Peels the bark off trees.
New Fogs.
Additional Battery/full time 12v outs.
Piia Lights the way.
Lived in.
Loved in.
Shakes like shit. Please help/

If they really are 'original', at the very least, new shocks!

Shocks for sure and what about your bushings? Mine were pretty cracked, crumbly.
Easy to replace them...http://www.delica.ca/forum/here-s-how-t ... -5137.html

shocks x10

If you are looking for a firm and more responsive ride on the road go with Procomp 9000 series (gas) shocks

If you are looking for a 'softer' ride offroad on corrugated service roads, go with Procomp 3000 series (oil) shocks

Hey Jesse,

Have you had any success at sourcing Bilstein PN for an L400 (front and rear non ECS)? I saw froma previous post some PN you found but they were L300.

I too suffer from wash board hell. Went up the Hurley last week and it was so bad that the bull bar side mounts sheared off from vibration.

I find dropping tire pressure down to around 20 psi also makes a huge difference.
