I am doing my firefighter 1001 practical and written on the 24th, and then on Sunday I am doing my physical. I am pretty sure I am out :) Things get much slower after that though, so maybe we can meet another time soon?

Goodluck with the physical. A couple years ago i did it. passed but you have to do better then just pass. damn you VO2 max test

We have no VO2 Max here. Just 13 laps on the 200m track in 13 minutes.... after the job related physical testing part. I have been training and can rock out the first part but I HATE running. Unless it is involved with a sport.

Nobody showed? That sucks. I owe you a meet, and we will try to shatter this record you have set by doubling it. My life will calm down now in about a month when school is finished and I have my Fire Graduation (passed my physical and all my other tests
btw ). Then we will meet and do some tire kicking... and beer drinking.

Hey, im looking for a shop in Edmonton to replace my valve cover gasket and seals, does anyone have any good experience anywhere with their vans? Thanks
