Hi - we had a really good experience with Shogo at Japanoid buying our 94 spacegear. What we found is that they are really busy and email doesn't always get the fastest response, and calling is usually best, but so far so good.

Japanoid is the worst!!!! took our mits canter in to get a belt changed, they screwed up. Bought an Isuzu elf from them and it took 6 months after they told us 4 weeks. Turned out they brought it in with the wrong sized rims. Took another 8 months before they put the proper ones on it. Didn't bother to do the spare and didn't tell us either. When we came after them for that it took another 8 months! When I finally went to get it it was just sitting in their shop for who knows how long. No phone call from them ever during the whole thing. Wasted countless days to go track down the idiot that runs the place, Shogo. They guy is an absolute crook who will completely take advantage of you and treat you like crazy once he has your money. All their parts and service and double what you should pay.
DON'T GO TO JAPANOID FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!
