NEED TO KNOW ABOUT GAUGES

Post by yvanoe »

On the dash of our Delica, the are gauges.

One is an Altimeter, the next one mooves very little up and down and the other is a thermometer inside and outside.

Could someone let me know about the middle one and the left one.

The left is the altimeter you speak of, the middle tells you the angle your vehicle is on.

Thank you for the infos but how is the Altimeter supposed to work? Is there some way of knowing more about the way it works? Does it moove by itself of do I only have to turn the knob? I am curious.

Thank you

The altimeter is really a barometer and measures air pressure. That's why you need to calibrate it at known elevations - changes in the weather can look like changes in altitude.

There is a small knob on mine that adjusts it. I google altitude in my location and just dial that in.
My dad used to say,"If you can read, you can do anything!"
