Fog lights L300 front bumper original accessory manufacturer

Hello,

I am wondering who made those Fog lights for the front bumper eventually? Reason is - I've got these ugly holes in my front bumper, the wiring, switch, relais - just everything but the fog lights themself are missing. They look like they were originally made for the L300. Hope somebody knows

The vans we have here don't typically have the lights in the front bumpers like yours. The fog lights ours cone with say mmc on them so I'm thinking yours might be as well!?
