Always nice to find good low Km vans, especially for Ontario but with that price I'd sure want to know what service it received 'cause might be a nice van but a really pricey one...

I am a mechanic and imported this DELICA from Japan myself. So when I say it is AS NEW = it is!

I have serviced it with correct fluids - it need nothing except to be driven,

I bought it for my dad who is 75 years young but it is too big for him and he might damage it.

So I would rather sell it than see it just sit in his garage.

Vehicle history/documentation ?

Yes, have the original owners manauls, stamped service book by Mitsubishi Dealer in Japan and the copy of the original export certificate - it is licensed and registered in Ontario.

Seems like a nice example of a Delica and I enjoy seeing it somewhere else than BC for a change. Best of luck with the sale and don't mind all those questions, it's just that too many people/dealers advertise fully serviced vehicles when all they did is either a) nothing or b) only fluids... when there's so much more that could/should be done to have a truck that will be trouble free for years...

Again, good luck with the sale and whoever is interested in it will hopefully join in the forum for advises/help.

Thanks for your proper observations and comments. If someone is truly interested - they will call me and come out to see the DELICA in perosn and check it out at my garage. I am a mechanic and it would be a pleasure to put the Delica on the hoist and you can see for yourself. Otherwise - no time wasters please as I dont need the money.

What year is this L400? Where are you located in Ontario?

You have a very clean L400.

I don't understand how you got it to pass out of province inspection ?

Headlights have to be replaced with the proper left hand drive one's (you still have the RHD headlight's on)
Coolant expansion bottle - brittle and discoloration yellow. That is sign that it will crack.
The radiator, coolant expasion bottle, waterpump should be replaced on all L400's coming in from Japan. This is common practice for importers here in BC.

I totally disagree with you.

In Ontario there is NO requirement for E coded headlights - we had the Delica inspected and it passed with no problems.

Secondly - why change all of the items you mention when they are in as new condition - ???/

The expansion bottle??? The rotors??? The shocks???? Whu dont I change all the parts to new and where do I stop???

Dont like the price of $ 15,900 - buy one in Japan and dont bother me.

The photos undernath show the car to be as new with 52,000 original KM and condition 4.5 on the auction grade (i have all of this to prove).

I am offended - you know that we are mechanics and know a thing or tow about Delicas.

So dont give me your opinion that I offended you - I can ask whatever amount of money I want for the car - if you dont agree with the price - dont freakin bother me and buy elsewhere.

I am sorry I joined this forum - it is guys like you that offend me in every way.
