Headlight assemblies from phillipines.... anyone know?

Has anyone tried to source headlights for L300's and L400's from the phillipines? I know they drive on the rights side of the road and they have LHD delicas. I had a dealer in japan search for headlights and this is what he came up with. For new assemblies i think he said $350 each. I don't know whether they are E-coded though... Anyone know?

they have no headlamp regulation at all. so no marking required.
