Duty from Australia is only 6% on the torsion bars. It's the GST and for those lucky enough PST that hurt!!

Here is the quote I received. Good think is that I live in Alberta, no PST.. :-D

To supply and send the Dobinson torsion bars including freight on a carrier such as DHL would cost a total of AUD471 = 456 CAD.

This does not include any local customs duty or taxes that may be payable in your own country.

No I didn't buy nothing since then. I stop working on my Deli for few month now. I'm looking to put it back on road now. I will maybe order new HD T-Bars this fall or winter because the factory torsion bar are so soft that I am sure I need new one.

I ordered a pair of Dobinsons T-Bar last night... I can't wait to installed theme on my Deli. Since I installed CCAuto HD coil spring, it is not an option to get HD torsion bar in front. The handling gonna be improve and the overall stability of the van.

Did you get these from the US warehouse in Miami?

Ive been doing a lot of poking around on how to lift them and not sure where people are buying from or if they buying direct.

Whats the $$damage$$ on the bars from them?

Good day Audi4life,

I ordered theme directly from Australia. I didn't know there was a warehouse in USA. Do you have a link to reach theme?
It cost me roughly 500$$ for theme and it worth it.

I was just looking on google at lift kits and the Dobinson bars and saw there was a location in florida when I used their website to find dealers.

My guess is maybe you got your bars from there? $500 isnt the worst! Thanks for the reply!

This summer I called Dobinson in Florida. If I remember correctly they would ship it to my door for $350 usd.
