Re: Front Blower Quit Working
Craig, I'm having the same problem with my 94. Where was the grounding issue? I don seem to have any blown connections but the fan switch only kicks the AC on or off but will not send power to the blower unit. I bench tested the fan it works, the relays and fuse seem fine....

Re: Front Blower Quit Working
Bad connection/ground was at the fuse box for the 25amp fuse.
Craig had already changed relays, resistor pack, fuses, all of which were pooched, as the pics clearly show. Personally I got lucky finding the short....lucky that it was the first place I checked with the multi-meter.
Craig do you still have the schematic I gave you for the heater power system? That should help out.

Re: Front Blower Quit Working
That sounds exactly the same as mine and I think the culprit was the relay that was fried. It is really easy to get to once you get the glove box out. It is staring you right in the face mounted to the front of the ac unit. PM your email and I will send you all the schematics I have. You might just need the Midas touch of BigBird to get it running like I did!fdbrewing wrote:Craig, I'm having the same problem with my 94. Where was the grounding issue? I'll look at the fuse block, seems there was an older post about that being the culprit. Thanks Ben.
