Can anyone tell me if all the Delicas in Canada are diesel? Has anyone come across a gas Delica? I'm wondering if there is a market for gas versions.

Almost all the Delicas imported in to Canada are diesel.
I can't see why anyone in their right mind would buy a gas one, the diesels have all the advantages.

But if you insist you can find them. There's been some imported here (few) and they are available at the Japan auction.

What advantage do you perceive? They are way faster to drive . I took mine across the Malahat @140km/h uphill !!!
