OK Kevin -- now please tell me that launch did not take place from your deck! Funny stuff!

wow, i'm impressed, it is hard to get a catatpult to launch properly even with a stable laod that you loaded yourself. The fact that the squirrel actually got some distance is rather impressive to me.

some vegetarian i am.

You sick puppy Kev! :?

Not what I want to see is a camera mounted at the OTHER end of the garden!

It'd perfect for watching the expression on those squirrel's faces!

Regards,

Bruce.

P.S. My dog caught one a few weeks ago! He was SO shocked to have finally caught one, he didn't know what to do with it... Think the squirrel was relieved when he let go... 8)

Maybe we are a bunch of eco terrorists

na, what kind of dog do you have Bruce? I've been without my dog for about a year now and I can't stop thinking about getting a new one.

you see I thought about that too, but i made an executive decision that it was about a squirrel launcher, and showing that we are animal lovers wouldn't hurt the content of t he thread.

Geez, lets try and keep it on topic.

Are you a Liberal, a Conservative, or an Albertan?

Here is a little test that will help you decide.

The answer can be found by posing the following question:

You're walking down a deserted street with your wife
and two small children.

Suddenly, a Terrorist with a huge knife
comes around the corner, locks eyes with you,
screams obscenities, raises the
knife, and charges at you. You are carrying a Glock
cal 40, and you are an expert shot. You have mere
seconds before he reaches you and your family. What
do you do?

..............................................................

THINK CAREFULLY AND THEN SCROLL DOWN

Liberal Answer:

Well, that's not enough information to answer the question!

Does the man look poor or oppressed?

Have I ever done anything to him that would inspire

him to attack?

Could we run away?

What does my wife think?

What about the kids?

Could I possibly swing the gun like a club and knock

the knife out of his hand?

What does the law say

about this situation?

Does the Glock have appropriate safety built into it?

Why am I carrying a loaded gun anyway, and what kind

of message does this send to society and to my children?

Is it possible he'd be happy with just killing me?
Does he definitely want to kill me, or would he be

content just to wound me?

If I were to grab his knees and hold on, could my

family get away while he was stabbing me?

Should I call 9-1-1?

Why is this street so deserted?

We need to raise taxes, have paint and weed day and

make this happier, healthier street that would

discourage such behavior.

This is all so confusing! I need to debate this with

some friends for few days and try to come to a consensus.

...........................................................

Conservative's Answer:

BANG!

Albertan's Answer:

BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG!

BANG! Click..... (Sounds of reloading)

BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG!

BANG! Click

Daughter: "Nice grouping, Daddy! Were those the

Winchester Silver Tips or Hollow Points?"

Son: "Can I shoot the next one!"

Wife: "You ain't taking that to the Taxidermist!

My answer: Shoot the guy in the leg, I don't care why i have a gun or why its loaded but I do and theres going to be a knife in me in 3 seconds. I am an expert shot remember.

Funny though, if you unload your pickup truck by reversing real fast and then stopping, you might be a redneck.

Thanks for keeping things on topic kev, what would we do without you.

I fall clearly into the Albertan camp, 22 years in the military will do that to you!!!!!

I reality it may have been more fun to wing him and then put the boots to him!!

Something about that Alberian story was bugging me and I think I just figured it out... Glock cal 40... is that the model 27 ? Shouldn't that be Bang X 10, reload, bang X 10. The model 26 is bang X 9 , reload, but its a 9mm.
