Tempera Paint. But it depends on what intensity you want.
Research it more before DeliPainting.

This 'event' wouldn't be along the lines of Cannonball Run or Smokey and the Bandit would it?

I've used two, got them both at Canadian Tire... one came in a bingo dauber type applicator and was for windows... it was a bit hard to wash off. The other was a 'spray paint' that was sort of a chalk. I had it on my old valiant for about 3 weeks and with a bit of elbow grease washed off with no ill effect.

i am going to have to ask you for more details and name brands please, as i am not going to be walking into canadian tire and trusting an 18 year old kid, whose resume reads Twitter and Facebook as personal references, to guide me to the right product for an application like this.
