So while back at the parents house for X-mas, I came across an old toy i had when I was a little kid..
Just thought i'd share...it makes me smile and maybe you'll smile too
Toy's in the 70's were just cooler. N'uff Said
No wonder why I've always drove Vanagons and was instantly in love with the Deli the moment I saw it. That roof rack in real life would be killer! It even came with a dirt-bike in the back and a Kayak on top of the Van...Too Cool I'm tempted to source out some proper white wagon-wheel rims for the Van..I'd rock those side graphics too! Along with the Van, I also found a little CJ style Jeep from the same toy line....Mitsu CJ3B maybe? There's one for sale up in NC....what a pair that'd make. I've found some New/Old Delica Inspiration!!

You forgot the parachute that came with the set also. I too remember that toy amongst other vans and led to the same series of vans later in life - Westphalia, Chevy van, and now L300.
Cheers

Yeah, the parachute! Mine was always getting caught in bushes and eventually just ripped. I've owed a bunch of vw's as well.
