Here's some shots from my book titled "The hikers guide to hotsprings in the Pacific Northwest"
Most of the springs are just off the 84 on the way to Boise. The one we stopped at was called Snively hotsprings. If you do a search on Google maps it should show up. It's a beautiful drive in to it via farmland and eventually a series of canyons. The water was warm from the springs and cool from the river at the same time.
Have you been before? I went last spring and I can't wait to travel there again. We did a loop from Zion, to Brice, then through Grand Staircase, up to goblin state park finishing over at Arches.
How aventures are you guys? I have access to tons of canyoneering adventures down in that area, and tons of hikes! All with GPS tracks and topo maps.
Also in Feburary when we were there, we got told the water in the narrows was "very cold". It felt warmer then the ocean we swim in here! Definitely take a Wade up stream as far as you feel comfortable, it's Absolutely Stunning!
