As you can see the emissions FUD is not really a distraction from the real issue; it is the issue on its own. CADA just put it upside down.

ive said it before, ill say it again: i do not trust the mainstream media, nanaimo daily news er al

so far there hasnt been much favorable press for RHD owners and our rigs. one cant expect that to change. Consider that auto dealers spend big bucks advertising in those rags

My reply:
Thank you Justin, it's refreshing to finally see an objective article on this subject. That ICBC 40% "study", funded and created by an organization with a financial interest in removing RHDs, has been regurgitated by other journalists and opponents of RHD, while ignoring objective, science-based analysis by the UBC that comes to a very different conclusion using the same data.
In the end it's all about money and greed, not safety for CADA. They see the fraction of a percent of sales they might lose, and choose to spread disinformation and manipulate people's emotions. If they were truly concerned with safety, they would be doing more to increase quality and reduce the deadly defects that we hear almost weekly recalls on. That they would twist the tragic death of those pedestrians to support their crusade, shows how low they will go.

We set up a Donate Button on our site to help out!!
Maybe if we can raise some Funds we could pay for a Profesional Loby or Journalist....
Not to sure however where to Allocate the funds received....Maybe to IVOAC or to a Moderators account?
I was thinking of Adding a "Total amound raised box" so you can see the Progress just not too sure how to do it as of yet...
Also thinking about posting the first name (If authorized) maybe to a list or scrolling banner..I wish I was more computer savy!!
Please add to this Idea.

I read that too this morning.

They quoted Joe :-D

At least there is beginning to be more than the ones-sided perspective on RHD's. :M

Refreshing to read a positive article on the subject instead of all the negativity that the corporate evil media pigs are spewing.

As per Jesse's comments it is a good start.

Is it possible to get all the RHD vehicles together in Victoria or Vancouver and stage a slow drive protest to voice our opinions :?:

That sounds like a great idea, but why just RHD cars? LHD's can get in on it too, & would make a much greater impression, in my opinion!

It does not require a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority keen to set brush fires in people's minds. – Samuel Adams

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.” -Joseph Goebbels
