Condensor Fan Fuses Keep blowing

Hi all,
I have a '96 SpaceGear, and this summer the A/C is not working (worked great last summer). The fuses in the under-the-hood relay box keep blowing. The 15amp Rear Condensor fan fuse blows immediately on starting the A/C. The 30amp Front Condensor Fan fuse blows eventually, not right away... so if i drive for a few days, then recheck the 30amp fuse ... and it's blown.
it looks like a ground fault somewhere in the system, but i can't find complete wiring diagrams for the condensor fans, i don't even know where they are located.
Can some one point me in the direction of complete wiring diagrams? Can someone tell me where the condensor fans are?
