2000 V6 delica.
New to me an I have to do the standard maintenance I always do to all cars I don't know the history of it.
I have looking in forums and such but there is not much specs manuals for this year so the things I want to know are:
Recommended engine oil ? = 15w40 ? synthetic ?
Recommended transmission ATF ? = Dexron III or ATF 4 ? synthetic ?
Recommended differential and transfer case oil ? = 75w90 synthetic ?
Recommended sparkplugs ? Iridium, platinum, copper ?
And I guess things to do with this engines that are know to fail ?
I read about valve cover gasket leaking and some vrc kit for it or something like that is good to do when changing the plug because required of the removal of the intake ?
Any information or link is welcome.
Thanks.

This part is bigger than the rest and need be done first......
Plugs are a small PITA to change but clean out the air butterfly when you take the top end off the engine. Drop the engine a few inches when everything is off the top and change the rear (often) leaking cam covers. Be careful, you need to remove many cooling tubing, o rings and metal gaskets with them at the engine rear and center. They are fragile....... Some of the hoses will make tear your hair out. Buy many small rad hose clamps as well, as the old mitsu clamps are guaranteed to leak. Change hoses as needed.
Now that you hate me, drain the coolant and flush the system out from the top down with city water pressure. Expect lots of leaks after you're done and go over everything numerous times looking for leaks. Carry extra antifreeze and tools on your first trip.
After you bank account has had a chance to recover change your radiator if you have the cash then timing belt and pulleys too
Use 5w40 synthetic oil with 7k kms max changes. 15 w 40 is hard to find, more expensive and so similar that 5 or 15 w makes no difference. Summer and winter as well. The quality of modern oils is such that you can't go wrong with a light oil unless your engine is badly worn.
ATF oil is a different animal, expensive and old fashioned manufactures recommendations apply, use diaqueen SP rating, Can tire carries a SP Mitsubishi oil. Change the #@%$ expensive trans filter ($90)as well.
Change the coolant expansion bottle as well. $300
Diff and transfer case as you stated synthetic oil.
Good luck

Don't worry I don't hate you.
I changed all the oils already, I did not change the trans filter but I will, for now I have found bubbles in the coolant reservoir so a bigger job is coming....the head gasket.

I'd change the entire trans fluid, torque converter included when changing the filter. I won't explain how unless you need. I've already posted instructions on this site.

Did you lose cooling fluid or overpressure the cooling system ? I can't see any bubbles in my cooling bottle, too difficult to see in it. just curious cuz I've developed a slight overheating issue as well. i may be a little paranoid but I'm monitoring it.

100% headgasket, I'm pulling the engine to do it soon, it is going to be a lot of work.
