Mitsubishi Delica L400 production commenced in 1994 -- After much anticipation, the L400 arrived on Canadian Soil in 2009!

blown transistor on ECU for glow plug relay

Post by trambo »

Ahoy, anyone out there with a 97 (gen 2) L400 able to tell me what the part number on ECU component Q102 is? It's the same package size as Q104 (Hitachi K1766) but, I'm not 100% certain that they'll be the same part (although often they are).

This is a MOSFET diode for controlling the glow plug relay. As you can see from the photos, the diode is blown so I can't see what the part number is.

Back story synopsis: my glow plug relay went, and when I replaced it I didn't get it grounded properly so when I went to start it up it over-drove and cooked said component.

blown diode Q102, damage is obvious
neighboring diode Q104 with the same package size as Q102 with hardware part number visible
