Heater core flush

Post by mbvalley »

As the title suggests, I need to flush my heater core. Can anyone tell me if I need to take the intercooler off to get a good look at the inlet and outlet hoses? I'm assuming that's where they are, I cant really see properly. My searches haven't bought up anything concrete on the actual location.
cheers for any help, Marcus.

4 bolts, and a quick connect electrical plug to let go. Then swing your intercooler up out of the way. Heater hoses go into the firewall near the top, behind intercooler.
