What do you guys think of these head gasket kits?

I've always known that the 4m40 has been used for industrial applications but for whatever reason I just figured out its for the Caterpillar 307b. Maybe I'll find those 6 dollar oil filters after all.. anyways I just came across a 4m40 head gasket set for cheeep. Its labled for industrial applications. Am I wrong thinking this could also be for our Pajero/Delica 4m40's?

Im not much of a mechanic, so please explain the possible issues. Also, why wouldn't the heads be the same too?
