heaters blowing air but not hot. middle vents only

Hi guys
Here is an odd one.
The vents closest to the console do not blow warm air when the temp is turned up, the vents closer to the window do.

Is there a separate control for these vents?

no over heating issues and coolant level is remaining stable

Mine is the same, I think they are only fresh air. I use the outer 2 to assist with side window defrosting.
