Check your cab air intake. I belive there is a baffle for fresh air intake. My van does not have this knob.

Yup, it stops water flooding the fresh air intake when you're driving through a river. As you do.

Only fitted to L400 Delicas, so moving this the the L400 forum.
Something something Dark Side, something something Complete.

Yes I'm always crossing rivers. Thought of getting a boat but why, I have my L400.
Thanks

On more serious note, that switch has major effect on your cool air flow. My is missing plastic end of the switch so I have to use wise grips to operate that and open/close makes a massive different. If you keep it close all the time, you barely getting any cool air into you cabin ventilation system.
I have regular stock air filter, no snorkel, no river crossing.

I assume "pushed in" is closed?

On mine the plastic knob broke off from the metal elbow containing the line. Turns out that stainless safety wire used for fasteners works great to fix it up.
