I just thought I'd post a good experience that I had with John at Radd Cruisers in Duncan.
I had a pesky clunk coming from the front right when I was turning left and I had heard that John had fixed a similar issue that warmland89 had. So I dropped by Friday and he managed to fit me in at the end of the day.
Shorting the story up...cranked down some frame bolts and also found that the wheel bearings were a little on the loose side and way over packed with grease. Clunk gone and wheel bearings tight!
From what I saw John knows these vans quite well and diesels in general. I won't hesitate to go back in the future.
Thanks Radd Crusiers!

On my way back from camping at lake cowichan my actuator somehow came off of the turbo, and it made the van run terribly. It was late friday and he made time to look at my van seeing as i needed to get home to Courtenay, figured out the problem and barely charged me anything. Id go back as well.

John has been looking after my SWB now for 2 years, he and his wife Kyla are good people and run a great little shop.
