Fog light replacements?

Hi Delica Canada-
I just purchased a 1991 L300 in the US! The previous owner sold it because it had been stolen, with many Delica specific parts taken. I've got a few questions for the group, but I'll do it one at a time so the forum posts stay clean!
Looks like the Bull bar plastic shroud and OEM fog lights were stolen, and I would like to replace the lights. Should I go with original lights? Or is there a cheaper, brighter alternative? Anyone have luck with LED? Show me some pics of your van if you love what you've got!
Also, anyone installed a winch where the plastic shroud should be? Seems like a perfect spot for one...
