Just returned from a trip to Tuk ...
Enroute my headlights/taillights suddenly turned off, hazards/horn/radio/clock stopped working......after sometime the whole system would reboot and come on again. This would happen daily numerous times with no rhyme or reason why. Rough roads would not induce the problem.
The last couple of days coming home the problems didn't surface.
Replaced the battery prior to the trip but have checked all connections and terminals with negative results...
I'm thinking it may be a faulty ground somewhere....any ideas?
Thanks!!!

Electrical problems...driving me nuts!!
All those things are fed from the same fusible link in the battery box (top right when looking at the links, labelled "light"). It has spade terminals, if you use long-nose pliers to pull on the terminal (not on the wire) you can usually unplug it. The fusible link box can melt and become unreliable if the connections get dirty; check out Sealica's thread here: http://www.delica.ca/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=18892
Nothing says "poor workmanship" more than wrinkles in the duct tape.
