Squeaky Belts!?

Hi,
My belts started squeaking really bad so I changed them. It is still squeaky. I noticed now that the 2 alternator pulleys behind the A/C pulley is wobbly. Thus making the alternator belts wobbly down there. Could that be the problem and is it something I can fix if I have gone this far?
Thanks,
mb

I suppose that is called the crankshaft pulley. I read that the crankshaft pulley can delaminate and I am thinking that that is what may have happened.

Turns out those pulleys are called the Harmonic balancer. The rubber breaks down and it starts to destroy your timing belt cover if you don't fix it. I took it to the garage. I was told that there is a bolt that is very difficult to deal with when trying to remove the Harmonic balancer. I was fed up after changing the belts anyway.
Just thought I would update in case someone googles their way to this post.

That happened to me with my Subaru Impreza. The harmonic balancer started to come apart and move back, cutting into the plastic timing cover. There is fortunately much more room under an Impreza's hood than a Delica, so I found a used cover, checked that the timing belt was ok and replaced the cover and harmonic balancer. Not a very difficult repair and glad I caught it before the timing belt was affected.

I easily fixed by using a rat tail file on the sides, while running. It seem the belt width expands too much and this fixed it for me.
