L300 fluids

Post by wisperestus »

Hello all. So be been hunting around and can find a fluid list for the L400 but nothing at all for a 93 L300. I'm needing to know what brand and grade and what quantity for all fluids. At the moment I really need to know what power steering fluid and how much to add.

Any info would be great.

It's a thing I've had printed out in my van for ages, I never remembered to upload it though.

I've had better luck with a GL4 performance oil in my manual trannny as opposed to the GL5, which I'm told will also eat your synchro rings faster..

It says oil capacity is only 3.9 liters--that must be for the 2.0 or 2.4 gas engine.

Most places (and people I have talked to about this) say it's around 6-6.5 liters for the 4D56.
