There is odd sound coming from the rear of the van. It only occurs in the morning when I am backing up. I took a little video of it this morning for you folks to have a listen to. But I have to add it as a link because I am on my new phone and it is just easier that way for now

Do I need grease? Could it be my brakes? Is it the flux capacitor?
Bass.

Re: Name that sound
I have that exact issue as soon as it gets a little cooler out and I believe it's the brake pads.
Once I've driven a little, it no longer makes that sound backing up, so don't know if it's just residual brake dust in the mornings.
Anyhow, I'm convinced its brake related because if you back up with the accelerator, and at the same time lightly engage the brakes, the sound minimizes or goes away.

Re: Name that sound
Not sure about the L300, but on my L400 I believe the emergency brake shoes are enclosed on the inside of the rear wheel assemblies, and mine make a slight whining/scraping noise sometimes (only) when I reverse.
