So after some dismantling and trouble shooting I find myself to be a little bit stumped. It seems that my fan in front of the main radiator isn't coming on. Here is what I have checked already.
1. All fuses in the main panel.
2. Put power to the fan directly to see if it works. (it does)
Now I have traced the wires from outside the van into the first plug. What I am curious to know, is if anyone out there knows what actually makes this fan start to work.

The main radiator fan is the one coming from the engine, the electric fan is part of the air conditioning system, from what I understand.
