Have you already unplugged and remove your cluster from the INSIDE of the van?

If not:

1. two screws (located on the top part facing down) keep in place a plastic piece that hold 6 switches (3 on each side of your wheel) and 2 vents.

2. To get this piece out you'll need to disconnect all switches, put your transmission arm in LOW and pull the piece out!

3. Then 4 screws will hold the cluster in place. Remove and unplug

4. Then unscrew transparent plastic window for cluster.

5.Then remove black plastic trim

6. 4 screws hold down the face plate itself. Unscrew

7. Slide out faceplates. If I'm not mistaken, it will come out in 3 pieces

8.Remount

That's for a L400!
My bad I think you drive a L300!

Cheers mate!

There's the one in the brake fluid reservoir, there's obvious ones right in the front of the dash, then you have one in behind the hazard switch.
If you gently wedge a knife or screw driver behind the switch plate the whole switch pops out and there's a screw or bolt there you can remove.

Thanks guys!

I did it! Looks great! I Armor All-ed everything as I took it out... I went a little crazy and took the whole dash out and console.. I even took the seats out and vacuumed under them!

Cheers.
