I just found a guide on a toyota forum, the parts are almost identical to 4runners or tacoma's.

I broke three princess auto ball joint pullers in the process, that was the biggest pain, but they replace it free everytime. The cost was much less than at Auto Value, and its the same quality and would eventually break anyways.

I also purchased a balljoint fork, that worked best for the pitman and idler, not much luck on balljoints and tie rod ends.

I ordered all the parts with two new spare cv axles from rock auto for around $800. shipped. This was all moog parts, best quality out there other than OEM.

The only problem was the lower ball joints had to be modified to fit the grease zerk fitting by enlarging the access holes a bit with a dremel tool. Not a big deal.
