I would like to suggest a section for Manitoba van owners to contact one another.
I met 2 delica owners in Winnipeg on the same day..and I think they both agreed
we need a spot related to this part of the country.
It would also help new owners find local service resources etc.
just a thought.

Good idea -- where there are Delicas, there ought to be a section to collect local messages.
I've added a "Manitoba" section as a subforum (alongside Other BC, Alberta, and Ontario). What we've done in the past is keep an eye on subforums, and when they outgrow that level promote them to a higher-level forum.
