Signal Hill, St. John's Nfld
So I'm on a radar course in Gander, 6000 km from my beloved L400 left behind on VanIsle, and I'm spending the weekend with friends near St. John's. Yesterday, we did the tourist thing, and I was taken up Signal Hill in some pretty blustery winds...a quick walkaround in the quickly setting sun, a few photos, and down we came. Halfway down the hill, I spot a familiar shape...that of a beautiful L400, this one being a white SWB Series I with a Crystal Lite roof. I never thought I'd see a Deli as far away from the west coast as this. I'd love to hear from whomever is out here about your experiences, especially with respect to maintenance and repair. Is there somewhere in St. John's that speaks Delica?
