I finally found a Delica that i want to buy, I just need a little more cash to buy it. I have a silver, 2000 Honda civic SI, 5 speed with 130K on it for sale. It's my wife's vehicle, she is the original owner and has had it serviced regularly at Happy Honda since she bought it 2000. It runs great, clean non smoking vehicle and has never been in an accident. $6400 OBO. Call me! (or PM me)

You're a sneaky bugger selling your wifes car to purchase a deli! When do you plan on telling her? :M

That's a great idea! Maybe I can sell my wife's car to pay for our kelowna vacation rentals? Actually a newer Van would be better. Ha! You clever sod! :M

It wasn't an easy sell. I have a lot of dished to clean and diapers to change now in exchange.

Not that I want to lose my van, but your car is the one my wife wants!. It's a '92 Exceed high top with crystal light, that i bought less than 2 years ago. After the original owners spent nearly 3 grand on their North American tour for upgrades, and repairs (fuel pump, battery's, tires, all timing belts, many, many, other parts ...) I then spent another 2 grand to reach Alberta standards for registration (brakes all around, all tie rods, wheel bearings, suspension bushings, etc, etc...) Then installed new double din cd player with removable Tom Tom GPS, suspension repairs, and leveling, (now looks lifted because of bigger BFG all-terrain TA's on after market rims). All leaks repaired. (no more wet feet) roof racks for kayaks. All glass 100%, not a chip, rear glass tinted, spoiler, factory tire chain kit, fresh tranny, and diff fluid changes, as well as oil changed and upgraded to full synth, with cases of spare oil. Current milage is 177,000km nearly all highway (around the outside of North America, from the previous owner, and back and forth to Van, and every ski resort that we could get to on a weekend off.)
I's my daily driver, and weekend off road/soccer team bus so it ain't perfect, but I would jump in and drive it anywhere, and know i would only have to stop for fuel.
I would consider this trade, only because I have a vintage bike that I have finished restoring, and could clear up 2 parking stalls, make 1 wife very happy, and clear all of my debts in one move.
The van is in Calgary, and as you can see from my investment, I cannot deliver it to you in trade for your car and not take more of a hit. If you are interested, and would like to make the trip across the Rockies for the trade please feel free to contact me. If not I know you will enjoy the Delid you found, they are great vehicles, and fun to own.
