35C in the shade, what better time to get ready for winter? I strapped a short shovel onto the passenger side along with some traction matts I found.
I have been thinking about how to boost the truck in the winter with the battery under the seat. I don’t want to screw around with that at -40C. I also can’t give a boost. My solution was to wire a winch connector from the battery to behind the cab by the block heater plug. I can then clip in the other end and connect to regular battery cables. I would like to find “something” to put that connector and the block heater plug in. A box of some kind.....maybe a lid to keep out mud and snow......
Thanks for checking in.
