Hello hello!

Just won this rig at auction, and was curious what I should have serviced / replaced in Japan before shipping it over and finding it harder to get the parts.

Nice! I'd wait until it's in Canada. I would change the filters, change all the driveline fluids to synthetic, DRLs and install a Polar pad. All easy stuff to do yourself or get a good local shop to do. This is a good task to test a shop out. There's lots of Delicas in Calgary so should be some decent import places. I can't see having trouble finding parts.

Congratulations on your new deli.
Is the mid seating still a 2/3 person bench seat? I'm hoping mitsu goes back to captains chairs mid ship soon. Nice to see how little the delis have changed, assuming this is still a series 2??

I've just passed 100K kms on my 99 gasser so I'll be keeping it for a while. Purchased it w 33K kms from the auctions.

Enjoy
