I bought a 99 400L.It has a few things to sort, blinking 4x4 front wheel lights, a little play in drivers side front wheel bering and it has a little hesitation at 100km under trailing throttle. I hope to get it sorted before we head south to Arizona second week of feb 2019.
Is there a source for a shop manual that people know about hear

Hi I am Wrongway I Bought one
WW Welcome aboard.
You probably know all this but...
The 4x4 blinking light is only cosmetic, affects nothing at all so can be lived with.
Wheel play can be a bearing but usually it's tie rods or ball joints. Check your tire wear, compare inside to outside of the front wheel tread.
Jack up the front end. If the wheel has slop side to side it's bearings or TR's. Visually you can see the or feel the TR move. Up and down slop is ball joints. Often you need to lever the bottom ball joint up w a pry bar to see the play in it.
A lot of the manual is available on site. See the dedicated L400 technica reference library "L400 manual."
