New member just got a 2000 l400 chamonix dirty but seems mainly mechanical sound so will be using the forum a lot to get it back up to scratch just need to find vin number first so I can insure it

Welcome! That VIN number will come in handy. Put it into partsouq and then you can access their expanded parts diagrams and part numbers. Please post some pictures of your ride. The forum may seem slow but if you've searched and can't find something or need confirmation, people will chime in! I imagine a block heater is top of the list eh?
