Hi!
Just entering the wonderful world of Delicas. Been wanting to get one of these sweet vans for a while and finally have the money to actively start looking to buy one.
I've been doing lots of research on this forum to figure out which model would work best for us, what to look for when buying, who to deal with when importing or doing repairs, etc.
Thanks to everyone who contributes here I've been able to answer most questions we've had. What a great community!
I've started test driving some L400s around Calgary and found a few prospects that look promising. Took one in for an inspection and it's in decent shape except for an engine oil leak. Would the L400 Technical section be the place to post a picture of this leak in hopes someone can identify where it's coming from and what would need to be done to fix it?
Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forum and the Delica World!
Of course it would be a great place to post your photo. Not sure if anyone will respond. Looks like this forum is now just a "watch-by" kind of place, but hopefully someone will be able to answer your question. This forum used to be awesome. I do not own an L400 but lots of Albertan do. If not Albertan, maybe some folks from New Zealand or Australia might answer. This is what the trend seems to be here now. Anyway, good luck and from what I have heard about the L400, they're very good, easy to find parts and get fixed.
You should post photos ASAP!
Cheers and again Welcome to this forum!

Thanks Freddie! I noticed the forum used to be really active but seems a little quiet these days. I'll post my pic and hope for the best.

I took it to Kirkham Auto. Friendly staff and decent prices.
