to answer this question to you in short.
i am not a racist. its maybe you. watch your language.you started this topic which you did include me.

i am delica.ca member longer than you. did contribute many techinal help to our fellow delica.ca member, guide them, call me for help
without any fee. give suggestion;this is what delica.ca member needs. this is not just a business topic.

as per jessie, hes my friend.we know each other long time. we go together in the meet when delica.ca is new.we need to be friendly with other people right. friends help its other when they need.

jessie is not part of my company.hes just a friend not only me but other fellow delica.ca member.
now when you see me with jessie in the port getting car .
as i do have more than 1 unit when i pick up my vehiclce nothing wrong with that.

maybe you dont have friend to help you to move your car in the port thats why your picking on me and jessie.
about this help picking up car in the port;

pls dont do negative thinking when people get along good.there is a reason for that.
they get along well and understand each other. your in canada steven not in asia.

i ask help from him thats all.anybody can ask help to a friend if he has free time.
jessie always ask help from me regarding techical problem he got from his delica for FREE. no money
even how to improved and do modification to any delica.this is what delica.ca member do.

now as per you are saying i am selling non compliance car. i guess your new in business here in canada.
any dealer or private can sell non compliance vehicle regarding what choice he want. if thats hes choice then respect it.
you just have to put on the bill of sale that customer refuse to buy a compliance vehicle.you cannot control what customer want.
its the customer choice and we have to respect that.

you need proof that i sell to a non compliance vehicle without going thru any provincial inspector and put in the road.
i sell compliance vehicle. it go thru license provincial inspection facility not related to my company.even it pass inspection, when customer pick it up the vehicle i show them and guide them way it should be when needs for requirement in BC to pass inspection.

i even put all my car in the hoist to show what i did service and explaine to them. so they would feel comfortable buying this used car.
not just selling it and its done. i dont do that it all go to the process. a provincial inspection is a guide.

you have to remember i service some of your vehicle that does not comply. like headlight is not been change but pass inspection under your other company name in coquitlam last year not RS imports that your using now, but still your the one managing it , customer say he just buy it 5 or 6 month ago,the time he bring the car to me for service but never accuse you and post it. and now your saying i am against you towards this posting. no need to fight with you for this i am a educated person.

remember steven this is just a CAR. no need to figth with anybody.
did give him advise to talk to you professionally without hurting your company or the way you manage it. and they dont know about this as many customer knows about headlight and other BC complaince.
thats why i always guide my customer when they pick up the vehicle. not just sell.

now another one your saying regarding no HST and with HST. your harsh word on this to customer is not good.
well again its customer choice. you dont control customer choice. i offer this for customer choice and with complete service or without its simple.
my priority is my customer. hope u got this.

as per saying regarding you nothing to say. no need to fight with u as i was not been raise to fight for this small non sense.
people ask me and compare when they buy delica. why its a little bit cheaper or same price thru private sale or other dealer.
my answer is i do extensive service and support to my customer which maybe other people selling delica. they dont give this info to them..
but again its buyer choice not holding there choice. like headlight and shock mostly this delica need to replace shock as thru age.

did see some of delica you sell still have old shock. customer go and see me to service your vehicle. which customer compliane regarding the performance of the vehicle. again never post any bad thing towards you i let them deal with you.

again another customer question or they bring delica for service. we look at it and need many work. customer get frustrated and calculate
the total cost buying from me and buying from other people. it turn out it more expensive, when you total the cost the time you buy the car and service it again to make it work better. again never post bad comment to other people or dealer. its up to the client.
but i let the customer do there choice not me or you. i dont control people choice. dont know about u.

customer dont have anymore money to pay for this delica as they calculate the price and service for this delica. almost they buy new car already.
so they ask this question to me, not critisized anybody.

never post to this forum regarding other poeple service or cost of vehicle. but only to give them advise. up to customer.
people dont want to buy this anymore.as its geting expensive after sales to maintain good quality and service or each delica owner and future to be. customer is my priority.as its a big investment to them.

again ask yourself another member who buy the delica L400 from your customer. and he buy this car from your customer. and found out that the headlight is not been change. he maybe call you but dont know if you help him for the headlight as this is your car. as he call me for the headlight availability as he need to change it.

again i did not post any comment against you. customer post here and start the fire on this.
dont know what to say.

remember all this car from japan need mostly need extensive service.so we need to guide them.
again as a dealer i am here to guide them not just sell them. need to educated them not just selling.
as its a big investement for them as a family.you dont control customer choice.

again accuse me saying other dealer comment post or anything.
prove and show proof to me on this site that i did any comment to any fellow dealer and private individual when they sell car. not just by
saying or talking this here without any proof. you put your self in bad situation accusing me doing this without any proof.

in short dont get jealous.

i dont intimedate the way you do when your selling cars with HST , no HST or other service.
its your choice, i can offer this too with HST or No HST.
i am in this business longer than you. No.1 is my customer not you.
but need to guide them as the process go thru.
you just need to respect other people as i do always respect other poeple and other customer even they buy cars privately
or other dealer.

We have 9 vehicles via Hoegh Inchon and Demeter Leader, cleared custom for Hoegh Inchon today.

Soil inspection has been done for 2 Delica L400 we have at Fraser Wharves via Demeter Leader.

Will clear Canada Custom on Tuesday and hope to pick them up next week to start servicing/showing off.

WWL http://www.2wglobal.com/www/wep/ It is the Major Car Receiving Port on Annisis Island in New West/Richmond that has been receiving All the Used cars for the past 4 years..

The Long Shoremen being on strike means that all those used cars that normally go through there have to be redirected to Fraser Wharves which is the Second Largest Car receiving Dock in BC.

This Thread was relevant until RSI starting fighting like they seem to love to do..

Here is some more info about Fraser Wharves..

Friday was Chaos at the dock... so they now have changed there pickup HOurs..

7:30 AM till 11:30 am ONLY..

thats right.. if you go there at 3pm.. no car for you..

if you got there at 12.. no car for you..
