Hey,
Nicely obsessed over Deli for someone.
So much done to this ride, I am sure
the maintenance and modification receipts would make a even
a stanley-cup-game-seven ticket scalper
blush.

This is one of a few delica.ca vans that got
me infected with Delicitis.

Also,Snorkel is awesome for not sucking zombie guts
into air cleaner, a total gross pain to clean with stock set-up.

Right On! 8-)
Good Luck with Sale!

Wow, some lucky new owner will have one of the most reliable and durable delicas. And The ExoSkeleton would be great to hoist boats on and off the roof. Look forward to camping trips with the new owner. Cheers, Christine.

Wow, love it!

I'm looking for a Delica and I'm interested but I'm hesitating on the fact that it has so many kms on it... this looks like the higher end of the mileage range I've been seeing (84,000 kms to 195,000 kms).

HI Luisito, welcome to the cult. High mileage is not always a bad thing, since it is more important that the vehicle was cared for (babied) and had regular oil changes and maintenance, versus a low mileage vehicle driven badly by someone who wants to drive up the ski hills or the Coquihalla at the same pace as gas cars. You can pay for a pre-purchase inspection at CVI, or Mardy, or elsewhere (best to go to a delica expert as they know the usual problems to look for -- not a Crapola Tire as they are scared by the steering wheel on the Right Side). The more you crawl over delicas the more you learn to look for. If you're near Burnaby I am happy to show you the basics of what to look for (and how to decide what you NEED vs what you think you want ie clean fluids vs a shiny ladder). Or just post asking if you can meet with someone to see their delica and learn what items they would focus on for purchasing. Cheers, Christine.

Hi all (Rachael here, Mrs sasquatch hunter),

It seems as though we parked these two vans too close together and now they are inseparable...so we are going to keep our L300!

Besides...it is in just such good shape, has so many modifications and runs so well that we'd be stupid to let it go.

Also...he'll owe me big time...27" imac anyone? ;)

(dammit Rachael is claiming the L400 now - seb)

Ah, yes! But can the 27" iMac climb the Whipsaw? Methinks, no.

Still, it's a valid point: all the modifications. I can only think of one other with the zombie protection guards on the front, and they were special fitted for a movie production over in England. I wonder how Bruce's van is doing...

Rachael here again...no, the iMac cannot do much offroading, but I intend an L400 takeover so I think I'll be ahead in the end. :D
