FS:Complete Plantdrive System with VO Controller

Post by Rich403 »

I have a brand new 2 tank Plandrive system with VO Controller for sale. This system is designed to be fully automated, no need to manually hit switches to heat up and send fuel. Never forget to switch back to diesel before stopping again, system will idle and change over before shutting off. Can be used with waste vegetable oil (used fryer oil from any restaurant), straight vegetable oil or biodiesel. Perfect for import diesel (VW's, Hilux, Delica, and Mercedes). Originally bought the system for over $2000 years ago for a conversion project but sold the truck before install, been in storage since. The Hot Fox and fuel gauge have been installed onto tank already. Comes with everything you need, just need to install. Includes with install guide/wiring diagrams.

Looking to sell for $1200. Prefer to sell locally (Calgary, Alberta) as system is quite heavy to ship. Please contact at me at nrich08@gmail.com if you have any questions and I will get back to you ASAP. Thanks

System comes with:
-60L Tank
-Vegtherm
-VO Controller (firmware updatable)
-Hot Fox
-Veg Max
-Fuel sender
-Valves, hoses and clamps.

Damn, if you were in Vancouver I would definitely buy this! Is it entirely coolant heated or electric? What is this automatic system you're talking about? It's sort of like a turbo timer but starts the timer when you turn the van off and idles when you stop? A lot of people like to purge while driving so it doesn't have to idle for 5 minutes once stopped, does it allow you to do this as well?

It’s both coolant and electric, Hot Fox (in tank) is coolant and Vehtherm (in-line) is electric. The VO Controller is the brains, controls all heating, switching and yes is also a turbo timer. It will idle and switch back to diesel before shutting off the vehicle. All these setting are pre-set by you but can be change to manual control whenever you prefer. Very versatile system.

Sounds like a great system. Good luck with your sale! Anyone in Vancouver with a similar set-up they're looking to unload? :-P
